Welcome to NFL Streets!

I would first like to thank everyone who has shown support for the Streets Team as a whole. I really quickly just wanted to get this out here for 2 reasons: 1. It’s time to start getting these articles going with football right around the corner | 2. I wanted to inform you all on what to expect from these articles coming up on the site.

So first, I want to say if you have any interest in writing or being a reporter for the Street Team, contact either the Twitter (@NFLStreets) or email us at StreetsOfTheNFLInfo@Gmail.com. We’ll be sure to respond to you as quickly as possible. If you are willing to write for us, a couple of guidelines must be taken into account. There must be NO biased writing. I’m a Baltimore Ravens fan, but I would never let that get in the way of me reporting my top AFC teams. Next, you have to know the game well. This is a big one, because some people want to write about the game, and that’s fantastic, but their football knowledge is not up to par to be able to put out solid content. I hope that doesn’t sound cruel to anyone. Basically, I want people to log in to our blog and agree with every point our writers make, or if they disagree, to be able to read the stats you’re presenting, and understand and respect your point of view. It’s a bit of a tough task, but with the right football minds, I think we can get it done.

Next, I want to again thank you for supporting not only the Streets of the NFL, but also our affiliates, Streets of the NBA. What you’re going to be expecting in the near future is a 30 team power-ranking, right before we kick off the season. I want to wait until after the pre-season, in case of a severe injury or holdouts continue for an extended period of time. After that, the NFL Street Team is going to be giving their impressions on match ups, players (both fantasy and non-fantasy), division races, etc. If you have something you want a Street Team member’s opinion on, simply contact our Twitter with the topic. Other than that, I want to thank you guys one last time, I hope you enjoy the upcoming things going on, and with football season finally coming back, after what seemed like a long off-season, LeBron said it best: “It’s About Damn Time.”
